MONDAY - 11/06/12

(FOOD INTAKE)
Breakfast – Bran Flakes
Snack - Strawberry yoghurt and Fresh Pineapple
Lunch – Small Jacket Potato with tuna and cottage cheese
Dinner – Thai style chicken and White Rice

(EXERCISE)
Fury session with Rob Edmond.
Sprints up and down hill with 30kgs of sand
Squats with 30kgs sand
Arm lifts with 30kgs of sand

I actually thought Rob was going to kill me today! Really hard session but felt amazing after the workout. Bit worried about how I’m going to feel tomorrow….HELP!

TUESDAY - 12/06/12

(FOOD INTAKE)
Breakfast – Bran Flakes.
Snack - Strawberry yoghurt and Fresh Pineapple.
Lunch – Cheese sandwich and Leek and Potato soup.
Dinner – Homemade fish curry (Very healthy made by my Dad (KB).

(EXERCISE)
1 hour session at the gym which included a 5k run, 2000m row, 65 floors on the stepper and some weights…..A LOT EASIER THAN THE PAIN ROB PUT ME THROUGH YESTERDAY and also helped to loosen me up as I was pretty stiff after yesterday

WEDNESDAY - 13/06/12

(FOOD INTAKE)
Breakfast – Bran Flakes.
Snack - Strawberry yoghurt and Fresh Pineapple.
Lunch – Two egg omlette with tomato and onion.
Dinner – Chicken with roasted carrots, peppers and onion.

(EXERCISE)
Crazy session with Rob Edmond today; he told me we were going for a run but he lied!!!  We actually went running, climbing, speed walking, dredging through bogs and rivers and more running to finish off.  It was really hard work but I felt amazing at the end.

THURSDAY - 14/06/12

(FOOD INTAKE)
Breakfast – Bran Flakes
Snack - Strawberry yoghurt and Porridge Oats
Lunch – 1 small jacket potato with 1 tin of tuna and 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese
Snack - Banana
Dinner – Chilli Con Carne with chicken mince
 
(EXERCISE)
2 1/2 hour walk with my dad today.  We walked from Wilmslow up to The Edge in Alderley so a mixture of flat and up hill walking.  The picture is of me and DJ Dennis the Dog at the top of Stormy Point!
 

SATURDAY - 16/06/12 

 
(FOOD INTAKE)
Breakfast – Bran Flakes
Snack - Banana
Lunch – 4 x Bacon and 2 Poached Eggs
Dinner – Tuna Fishcake with salad, Homous and Cous Cous
Snack – (Oops – 2 slices of Hawaiian pizza)
 
(EXERCISE)
3 mile run
 

SUNDAY - 17/06/12 

 
(FOOD INTAKE)
Breakfast – 2 x Oatcakes with scrambled Eggs
Snack - Apple
Lunch – Very naughty I missed lunch
Dinner – Sizzling chicken on a platter with tomatoes, peppers and onions with boiled rice

4 mile run
